Our Membership consists of women who agree to contribute $1,050 ($1,000 grant making and $50 membership fee) each year and cast their vote annually for grant recipient(s).
Through strategic high-impact grant making, we engage, develop and inspire women to create positive changes in our community.
Meet Our Members
Our members are our greatest strength. Members can then participate in the grant selection process and in many other ways. If you have a talent and a desire to get involved, we have a place for you!
History of Impact
In 2001, Wendy Steele formed an organization called Impact 100 in Cincinnati, Ohio, which was designed to bring together philanthropic women and pool individual $1,000 gifts to generate larger $100,000 grants to affect local change. Today, there are almost 50 chapters of Impact 100 operating worldwide.
Our local chapter (southern Palm Beach County) was formed in 2011 by three ladies: Tandy Robinson, Lisa Mulhall, and Cindy Krebsbach. Originally established as a component fund of the Community Foundation of Palm Beach and Martin Counties, our chapter has grown to over 500 members in under 10 years. In the spring of 2019, we achieved our 501c3 status and now operate as our own independent nonprofit organization.
