Impact 100 Palm Beach County connects, engages, and inspires women to improve our community by collectively funding multiple $100,000 grants to nonprofits that implement high impact initiatives in southern Palm Beach County.

Kelly Fleming

Kelly grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and relocated to Boca Raton nearly 20 years ago with her husband, Will. Kelly has a BA from Furman University, a graduate degree in Christian Studies from Regent College in Vancouver, BC, and an MA in French Literature from the University of Cincinnati.

Holly Schuttler

Holly is a Board Certified Marital and Family Law attorney of Counsel to the law firm Gray Robinson. Holly received her BS Degree in Business Administration with a focus in finance from The Ohio State University and was an associate editor of the Inter-American Law Review at the University of Miami Law School where she graduated in 1988.

Allison Davis

Allison is the Managing Director at Andersen Tax. She has over 14 years experience providing tax compliance and consulting services. Her practice area has focused on corporations, pass-through entities, and tax-exempt organizations as well as individuals.

Laura Bull

Born and raised in East Grand Rapids, Michigan, Laura Bull has lived in Boca Raton area for 20 years. She graduated from Ohio University and earned a dual Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management.

Cindy Krebsbach

Co-Founder of Impact 100 Palm Beach County. Cindy is originally from the Twin Cities and a BSN graduate of Saint Mary’s, Notre Dame, Indiana. She works with In Rem Solutions Inc., Moving Missions Forward, a consulting firm to local governments and nonprofit organizations.

Co-Founder of Impact 100 Palm Beach County. Lisa Mulhall is a native of York, Pennsylvania. She moved to South Palm Beach County in 1987 after graduation from the University of Delaware and the Dickinson School of Law.

Tandy Robinson

Tandy Robinson is Co-Founder of Impact 100 Palm Beach County. She mentored under Impact 100 Indian River County prior to helping start Impact 100 Palm Beach County. She is Vice President and Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs, with 24 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Born and raised in Salisbury, Maryland, Kathy has lived in Boca Raton for twenty years. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.

Kimberly Boldt

Kimberly L. Boldt is a board certified civil appellate lawyer and named partner at Ratzan Weissman & Boldt, a law firm based in Miami, Florida. Ms. Boldt began her professional journey when she graduated from Liberty University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism. She then attended the University of Miami, School of Law.

Past-President Susan Diener is a native of Michigan, however after residing in the Boca Raton area for over 30 years, she considers herself more of a Florida native.

Mary Donnell

Mary is originally from the Midwest and relocated with her husband, Bill, to Boca Raton from Connecticut in 2016. Prior to CT, she spent over 20 years in Kansas City. She holds a BS degree in Business from Iowa State University and was a Human Resources Manager in the Insurance Industry for 15 years.

Ellen Elam has resided in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area for 25 years. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Ellen graduated from Hollins College in Virginia with a BA in history and English. Ellen and her husband Pryse relocated to Boca Raton after living in Nashville, Tennessee for seven years.

Renee is a native of Wisconsin, having moved to Boca Raton, 38 years ago as teenager. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Business, she studied nutrition at University of Florida. Renee has been an active volunteer in the Boca Raton community for many years.

Donna Glenn is the Chief Actuary of NCCI. Ms. Glenn leads the Actuarial & Economic Services Division. Her team helps maintain a healthy workers compensation system through the design and delivery of all actuarial and economic work at NCCI.

JoAnne was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received BA and BS degrees from the University of Cincinnati and earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from George Washington University.

A long-time Delray Beach resident, Noreen has been living in the Lake Ida community since 1996. She brings a well rounded background in sales and marketing to the table, having worked with The Atlanta Market Center and DCOTA in South Florida.

Jeannine Morris

Jeannine worked on Wall Street and in the investment management business for more than 20 years After relocating to South Florida, she and her husband raised three children (and are now proud grandparents). They have been active supporters of numerous local charities. Jeannine is a principal, along with her oldest son, Blake, in The Morris Group at Lang Realty, focusing on luxury residential real estate.

Molly Reiss

Molly and her husband Steve have been actively involved volunteers in the Boca Raton community since moving here 33 years ago. Molly is a CPA with a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. She recently earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University’s internationally ranked Sports Management Program.

Carrie Rubin was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended Ohio State University and graduated with a BA in Organizational Communications. She moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1985 and worked as a Meeting Planner, planning meeting and conventions for 15-4000 people with the Academy of General Dentistry.
